Don't look anywhere else - this is the spot - perfectly close to Positano but away from the craziness in the cleanest and nicest boutique hotel I have ever stayed in.

Great hotel and the staff, each of them was very helpful and welcoming. Praiano is just a street on Amalfi coast so not much to do or see, but perfect for restful and slow holiday. There are few restaurants on the street and a bar. Beach was very nice also it is a bit of a climb but quite manageable. The views are awesome from the terrace and restaurant in the hotel, very peaceful!

We LOVED the staff and location. Fantastic views over Positano. Hotel was spotless. Large terrace with pool and bar was a perfect place for a Limoncello spritz. Breakfast was incredible. Praiano is quieter than nearby Positano& Amalfi and it was lovely to escape the hustle bustle . Access to the Amalfi coast is by local bus ( you can buy tickets from reception ( in cash). Bus stop is close by. Water taxi and taxis available. The staff were really what made us love Tramonto d'Ora. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed by Chiara, nothing was too much trouble. Antonella, Frederica, Alessia & Roberta also helped organise reservations at local ( excellent) restaurants and trips using their local knowledge and expertise .The WhatsApp was a great resource and they were able to contact us and confirm reservations in a seamless manner . The restaurant is situated overlooking the stunning view . Here we were looked after by Pietro ( barista extraordinaire!), Peppino ( 46 yrs service), Fiorina, Thomas & Augustino . The service was fantastic and friendly and the food, fresh & delicious. We were sad to leave and on our last day Anna , the housekeeper , sang us a beautiful aria ! We will definitely be back !!

The views are amazing, the rooms are perfect with plenty of space. Our bathroom was a great size, every minor details of the hotel has been well thought out. The breakfast was amazing, as were all the staff. The perfect hotel on the Amalfi Coast.

Location on the cliff with beautiful scenery and view of Potisano and Capri. Comfortable room and on site car park. Beautiful big swimming pool on the top with bar and sun beds. Great restaurant with excellent service and gluten free options, also for breakfast.

Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice, seated on a beautiful balcony (weather permitting). The hotel is an easy boat or taxi ride from busy Positano

Great location with wonderful views. The Path of the Gods, Positano, Amalfi and Revello all nearby, especially if you have a car. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The food, (breakfast and dinner) was also excellent . Highly recommended
