The location is absolutely fantastic, easy walking distance to all attractions. The rooms were so nice. The staff were super nice. Actually noticed was my birthday and upgraded my room. The breakfast was great , loads of variety.

The location was incredible. Very helpful, polite and willing staff! The breakfast was delicious and of high quality! Moreover we try the Thai massage, that the hotel offer and it was perfect!!

The hotel was close to trams and we could walk everywhere including to the train station. Bed was hard but they added a blanket to sleep on which helped a bit. Good water pressure. Nice design.

Everything was perfect. The location was easy to get to places. The room was huge and comfortable. Excellent bathroom and shower. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fab, staff were welcoming and helpful. Pretty good location. Loved the upgrade, our room was massive. Eat at Masala, the food was great.

Beautiful hotel in great location, modern and clean, exactly as shown in the photos. The staff is really polite and helpful, especially the lady at the reception desk. They tried their best and they let us in the room before 15.00, as we arrived early, and we even got a free room upgrade! Also the breakfast was really good with many things to chose from.

Staff was great! They also did everything they could to support my partner gluten intolerance during breakfast. Location is perfect, where you get most tourist attractions within 15min walk.
