Please note that check-in takes place at the Prague City Apartments' 24-hour management office, located at Karoliny Svetle 4, a 15-minute walk from Residence Rybna. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 100 (1-bedroom apartment), EUR 200 (2-bedroom apartment) and EUR 300 (3-bedroom apartment) is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the apartment. Please note that children staying in existing beds can benefit from the following discounts which will be provided at check-in: - children of age 2 and younger can stay free of charge in existing beds - children of ages 3 to 11 will be charged EUR 10/night when staying in existing beds The maximum of 2 children can stay in 1 room.
Non-refundable pet fee in the sum of 15 EUR / day 100 EUR per stay / pet will be charged.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything in the city. Staff were friendly and apartment was spotless. Great facilities. We stayed here for 12 nights and would 100% stay again.
