The facility is nice, the breakfast is great! The staff though... Most of the staff was unpleasant, and some of them plane rude!!! I was shocked with one young lady at the reception. Other than that, pretty good hotel.

We are very please about the location. Not only very close to the tram station, and also walking distance to the old town. The breakfast was very good.

Absolutely everything! Walking distance from train station and Christmas markets in Prague, our main focus in this trip. Breakfast was delicious and rich, you couldn't be more satisfied, as there were options for all tastes and choices. I'll definitely come back in my next trip to Prague!
