The room was very clean and tidy, it featured a chair in the corner with a lamp which gave off old vibes - this was nice. It had a balcony which has a nice view of a clock tower. Cast your own TV was a major positive. Staff were friendly and pleasant.

Good hotel in the city center! Clean,warm in the room,comfortable bed,good bathroom,where you can dry clothes.Quite good breakfast,delicious coffee! Very friendly,professional staff,especially Nini,Dima and Chalid!!! Nini and Dima speak Russian,which was very useful for us!Thank you all very much!!!

Room was spacious, location was ideal for the christmas markets (around 15 minutes walk) - all the staff were very attentive and friendly and the breakfast was varied and all of excellent quality
