Staff was more than helpful. Ghalib at the front desk was v thoughtful and supportive .My wife was unwell and they were extremely kind and accommodating to help make her comfortable and help with obtaining medication.It was v much appreciated. The barman was also v obliging

Excellent location near public transport (tram) and very nice and quiet area but very short walking distance to central areas. Breakfast was wonderful and with excellent service. People working in reception desk were always very helpful, friendly and service minded.

The room was spacious. Bathroom toiletries provided. Comfy bed. Plenty of storage - big wardrobe. Excellent location to stay in Prague, close to Old Town, coffee shops nearby, lots of restaurants, too.

Extra helpful and friendly staff. Close vincinity to whatever you might be interested to visit in the city. The coffee offered both at the breakfast room and the café /bar of the hotel is exceptional.

Stay at Radisson Blu Prague was exceptional. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was incredibly inviting, with a lovely scent that added to the overall experience. The level of service was outstanding – every staff member was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making my stay as enjoyable as possible.
