Fantastic location with a wonderful view of the Old Town and Charles Bridge from our hotel room. Excellent service by very helpful and professional receptionist Tomas.

Receptionists are very very nice. They are helpful, polite and very friendly. Location is great, in walkable distance to anywhere, especially you can park just in front of the hotel.

Fantastic location beside Charles Bridge and convenient for trams and Petrin hill. Lovely hotel and staff, would recommend. Really nice room, very clean, comfy bed, good facilities.

The hotel is really well situated, right next to Charles Bridge and the Moldova. There's a small Terrace overlooking another small river and old wooden mill wheel, a park right next to the hotel and all places of interest can be reached on foot. The area is quieter than the other side of the city center. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is until 11 and checkout until 12, which helps making things more relaxed. The breakfast buffet is tasty and offer a wide variety for all tastes. We were really happy with our stay and would definitely choose the hotel again!

The breakfast was amazing. Many options and certainly very hearty food. The location was ideal for us. We had to walk around 15 mins to the city center but it was on the river and close to many attractions. The mattress was very comfortable and we slept very well. We booked a large room but the room we got it was surprisingly large. Since we had a baby with us, we had to spend quite some time in the room during the day, while the baby was sleeping. However, we always found our room clean. Housekeeping was very effective and efficient.
