There was a slight issue with the room and the management and staff did take an extra mile to help me. I am a very bad sleeper and they did all in their powers to get me to quiet room. I really appreciate how fast and helpful this was. Very little of excuses and avoiding the problem. Lots of immediate action.

1. I could not stay there. 2. There AC was not working. 3. There conduct was good. 4. They tried to negotiate the AC with others like breakfast and transportation. But we did not agree. Then they canceled our hotel without any problem.

The location was excellent, there were kitchen utensils and boilers in all floors which was very useful and the room was really spacious which is not a common thing to find in a family sized room.
