Silvia was very helpful 😻nice breakfast in a beautiful longe zone, clean warm room, convenient location, you could get to downtown by public transport in 15-20 minutes. private parking.

The property is pretty close to the center. The hostess was super friendly and told us all the routes to the city center. Breakfast was tasty. Free private parking is available.

The "Pension Filip" is a small hotel a bit away from the centre. When we booked the hotel, we did not have great expectations, as the room was extremely cheap (moreover, free parking and breakfast were included in the price). BUT the pension exceeded our expectations! The rooms are small, but perfectly adequate for a short stay in Prague. The staff were EXTREMELY accommodating and helped us in every situation and were always very very friendly. We always felt very well treated and appreciated. The breakfast is very basic, but sufficient. From the guesthouse you can get to the historical centre of Prague relatively quickly by taking a bus (the bus stop is a few minutes walk from the guesthouse) and then you can get on one of the many trams and get to the city centre very quickly.
