I just want to say a huge thank you for a perfect stay! The hotel is in an ideal location, right in the heart of the city and close to everything — a major advantage. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and exceptionally clean. It truly felt like every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of to make our stay more enjoyable — including the underfloor heating, which made a huge difference in the chilly Prague weather. The service was warm, friendly, and professional, and we genuinely felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was simply perfect. Thank you for everything — there's no doubt we'll be back again, and we'll be recommending you with all our hearts!

The location was phenomenal, The views were stunning, The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable! All of the facilities were in tip top shape, sparkling clean and overall very pleasant. The staff were extremely nice. Overall superb service.

Our stay was exceptional! The location is right in the old town square and you can see the Astronomical clock from the room! Also had an amazing view of the Christmas markets and lights. Room was very large but cozy, everything was well maintained and clean. Will definitely be staying here again.

Everything, the rooms were so spacious, a lively blend of old and new, comfortable beds, location, staff, and also loved the addition of the communal kitchen and laundry facilities. It was the perfect stay

Great sized room in a wonderful location and the room and building were stunning. The beds were really comfortable, communal kitchen was well equipped and the staff at the main hotel were very hospitable.

My family liked the good gesture of the hotel staff We collected the keys from the emblem hotel and a staff took us and orientated us to the property and he even carried our 2 big luggages for us. Thank you and well done to the staff of the hotel .
