The welcome was warm and staff-friendly throughout our stay. The room was well-appointed and comfortable. Food at breakfast was delicious and we had plenty of choice.

Concierge service was very good and both individuals we dealt with were pleasant and efficient and found good local restaurants for each evening of our stay. Yosif Mitkov was particularly helpful, I can't remember the name of the young woman who assisted us.

The location of the hotel was very good. Not far from the main train station and accessible to all attractions. Great selection at breakfast with very kind and polite staff.
