Everything. From our first contact Illona who was most warm and welcoming. Our room was outstanding. Quirky comfortable and spotless. The cafe staff went above and beyond. The breakfast in the restaurant was superb. Front of house couldn’t be anymore helpful.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. We stayed in the penthouse which had amazing views. We’d definitely recommend and return if we visit Prague anytime soon again.

Beautiful hotel, clean and modern. Location was perfect with main attractions being within walking distance, we didn’t use the tram once during our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.
