Great location near Charles Bridge, lots to see within 15-20 min walk. Clean hotel, attentive and helpful staff. Got upgraded to deluxe room, very spacious, shower pressure was excellent.

Nice central location making all sites walkable. There is good service with Trams nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Shower was awesome. Breakfast was good, a lot of selection for everyone. The coffee and hot chocolate were great. Many restaurants nearby. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Because of my mistake, when I book the dates one month later than I suppose to - I was upgraded to the presidential suite for some extra cost, but it was worthy :)

The staff was exceptionally polite & welcoming to begin with. The hotel was nicely decorated & the food was amazing. As far as the location is concerned, everything was in walking distance - tops 10 or 20 min from the hotel. A must ‘stay’ in Prague!!

Rooms were lovely, clean and very comfortable. We had three rooms on the same floor and all were perfect for our needs.

Loved everything about the hotel - room, staff, breakfast and the location. Only 5 minute walk to Charles Bridge. Booked to return next year.
