Lovely clean, warm hotel...friendly staff, great choice of breakfast. Loved the decor (especially the wallpaper!). The beer spa was fantastic. Situated in a quiet street but close to everything.

Despite the issues, there were still some positive aspects. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, allowing guests to make coffee or tea. However, I think the hotel could offer a wider selection of tea and coffee pods. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable—not too soft, not too firm, which suited my preference. The room itself was nice, with a pleasant street view. While the view wasn’t particularly special, it was still enjoyable, especially when it snowed. The room could benefit from smarter design choices to feel more spacious. The breakfast was a highlight. It was a buffet-style breakfast with fresh and tasty food. There was a great selection of sweet options, such as cakes, which were delicious, and a variety of juices and milk alternatives like soy milk. While I don’t have dietary restrictions, it was nice to see vegan and vegetarian options available. The savory selection was decent, but I felt it could have had a bit more variety and been prepared with more attention to detail. Lastly, the location was excellent—just a short walk to many must-visit spots in Prague. I also really appreciated that the hotel provided a breakfast box for us on the day of our early checkout upon request.

I thank the hotel managers for their professional work. I especially want to note the excellent quality of the breakfast thanks to the kitchen staff, especially Jenny and the waiters Andriana, Andrey and Natalia. They worked quickly and very efficiently. Many thanks to all the hotel staff!

Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very soft and comfortable - best nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel!
