Great location, quiet surroundings, room of a good size (double bed plus sofa bed for child) and spotlessly clean, breakfast with good continental choice, staff all spoke very good English and helpful

Location: closer than I thought to Old Town. Everything is walking distance in Prague with tram and train stations nearby. Room smelled like piss. Bathroom was tiny and clean enough. Swimming pool is in Novotel and have to pay to use.

The location was expected to be just off Wenseles Square however was a good 10 minutes walk from the area. We did not eat at the hotel however the restaurant area did look inviting

Staff is great, warm welcome, easy to communicate with. Rooms are quite simple, but the lobby and breakfast space was wide, interesting and it makes you feel cozy as soon as you get in.
