+ Really great breakfast with a lot of surprising and delicate extra appetizers. + Friendly and uncomplicated, supportive personnel at breakfast room and lobby + Honestly need to express a Bravo for several real measures that reduce waste at breakfast! + Well designed atmosphere in lobby, breakfast room and the room I stayed. + Excellent location just 10 minutes by foot from main train station, nice neighbourhood around and just 3 minutes by foot through a pedestrian tunnel from the Karlin neighbourhood + My room was very clean, excellent bedding and cool design ;-) ; I just missed a socket and a switch for the lamp at the second bed.

Everything was excellent! We enjoyed staying there, it is 10 minutes away from the center which is very good because it is more quiet, there is a metro station 5 minutes from the hotel. The only thing that we didn’t like was the breakfast.. it was disappointing, there wasn’t much to eat and even the eggs were so cold apparently it was in the fridge.. so we had to eat outside every morning despite that we paid with a breakfast

Oh it wasn’t my first stay here, so I was well aware what to expect more or less ;) I had a request prior to my arrival to accommodate me on the top floor, what was actually done. Thank you so much! Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the receptionist I met on the first day but omg he is the best honestly (guy with glasses). All my requests were fulfilled immediately. The rest of the staff they’re just amazing. It was so nice :)

Very clean and comfortable room. Perfect stay for our 2 day trip. Close to the bus and tram stops. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Can’t fault a thing
