Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. They upgraded my room for free without me even asking and offered to extend my check-out time by 2 hours. The room itself was quite clean.

The location - outside of the tourist part of Prague but still close enough to everything - you could walk, get a taxi cheap or the tram, which is cheap and runs regularly

Value for money was just great! Room was exactly what it looked like on pics! After reading reviews I was a bit afraid but when I arrived I was totally happy! Cleanliness was just on top, bed was extremely comfy, TV was modern and quiet big. I especially appreciate the balcony in my room! I arrived one hour before the official check-in time and the lady at reception managed to give me a room earlier! Of course there are always some details to be fixed but overall I really enjoyed my stay! I would like to thank the staff to make my time in Prague so comfortable!
