Honza and Barbora in reception are very very polite, helpful, super. This was may be 7th stay in this hotel, i like: 1- staff 2- location 3 - parking Everything by in this hotel, staff is taking care of all guests and Housekeeping service people are also polite and very good at their jobs

We tried their breakfast option once which was in another hotel but after that did our own thing as it wasn't that good. You cannot get a better location although I can imagine in the high season it would be very noisy late into the night due to numerous Bars being nearby. The Staff were exceptional though (Honas) couldn't have been more helpful.

The room was huge and old style classic. Excellent position right behind the main square and very nice bars and local in the nearby of the hotel.

The hotel looks very old and creepy, the rooms are not in the lobby building and you need to walk through a creepy alley to get to the rooms. The water stream in the shower was very weak and the smell wasn't inviting.

Really kind and helpful people at the reception. Hotel is really 2 minutes away from the astronomical tower and the city center. Very spacious room.

Large room, huge bed, huge bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. Very clean. Very quiet. Excellent friendly staff. Excellent location. In the room there is a mini-fridge, safe, ironing board and iron, coffee machine. Very warm (you can regulate the heat of the radiators).

Loved this hotel ! The location perfect. Our room was lovely and so spacious with a huge bed . All the staff were very exceptional , welcoming and extremely helpful, giving us fantastic honest advice about everything in Prague. Thank you all so much
