The fine print
For groups of 4 or more rooms, there are different cancellation conditions than those stated in the reservation. A deposit is required after a fixed reservation.Please note that parking needs to be booked in advance and confirmed by the hotel.From bachelors parties we require to pay refundable deposit of EUR 100/person at check-in.The air conditioning is only in comfort rooms and hotel collect refundable deposit 40EUR for remote control at check in. The deposit may by paid by credit card and is refund on check out day.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The location was great, and the room was spacious. However, the hotel is situated on a main road, so it was extremely noisy. Throughout the night, ambulances and police cars passed by every 2–3 minutes. On the second-to-last night of our stay, people were singing loudly in the corridor for about an hour, and there was no staff around to address the disturbance. Shortly after, loud banging noises came from the neighboring room—it was so intense that I could hear the bed creaking and their conversations clearly. It felt very uncomfortable, especially since I was staying with my sister.

Conveniently located near tram, underground and bus stops, only few min walk to main train station. Great value for the money, can only recommend!

Good location, very close the I.P. Pavlova tram station. Room is cleaned and quiet. bonus: city view. we stayed at 8th floor.

The hotel is located next to the metro line C which was very convenient for us. There is also a tram station next to it!!!!The room was very clean and they gave as an excellent room with an exceptional view and lots of windows!!! The bed was very comfortable and the room was incredibly spacious. Also the staff was very friendly and the cleaners were always there if you wanted your room to be cleaned
