Staff were excellent, but they couldn't have been more helpful.i am a diabetic so carry insulin.Our room originally did not have a fridge. However, the staff resolved that, offered to use the hotel fridge overnight, then hot one installed in our room the following day. Brilliant.

The location was great, very close to both tram and metro. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. It was great to have round the clock reception as well :)

The hotel is easy to find and easy to enter. The staff are very friendly, so checking in and out isn't a problem. The room itself is quite spacious given the price, with a decent en-suite. Overall, I found the room to be clean, quiet and very comfortable. The location is also pretty good - there are lots of local restaurants, shops and amenities. Of course, it's also 10-20 minutes on foot from the city center, so you're close enough to explore the city, but distant enough that you get peace and quiet when trying to sleep at night.

Location is great, stuff is super friendly (Lada - I'm impressed!) I loved a good bathtube. The room was very quiet because you could close the little corridor, so the noises were blocked from the main corridor. The bed was small but comfortable. The room would need soon some refreshment, but it's still very ok:)

The hotel is located in the perfect center in a very quiet street with good access to public transport. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. It is good value for money.

I've stayed at Claris a couple of times now, the location is near enough to the metro, the rooms are clean, big and cheap. the staff is nice, and all in all there's nothing to complain about :) plus that there is a good LOKAL near the hotel as well.

Had a very secure park for motorbikes. A nice walk down hill to the old town and the metro back up to save the legs
