Very clean and high-quality room and experience. The staff Josefina are kind and helpful for support and questions on transportation, recipe and related suggestions. The location is further from downtown, but plenty of trams that goes straight into the city.

Room was big.. With all necessary amenities.. Expect an electric kettle.. But it was provided by room service when we asked for it. Big lift.. Good breakfast. Spacious bathroom.

I booked a room in this hotel to be close to the O2 Arena. 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the concert hall. The staff are very competent and attentive. The room was spacious and well appointed. The area where the hotel is located is quiet. Access to public transport is close to the hotel. You can reach the city centre and the castle without changing.
