Room was very modern and clean,exactly like the photos! Staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect for exploring all of Prague with trams a 2 minute walk away

Excellent position, 2 min from Carlo's bridge and center. Very nice Hotel, with reception, hall and breakfast area just renewed Availability of front desk staff Room was equipped with bidet (that is not so common)

The location was fantastic and so close to the main sightseeing areas. The room was beautiful and well decorated, plus the staff were friendly. I can’t wait to go back one day!

Large room. Heated towel rail in bathroom. Good shower - hot and pressure. Room had a baggage rack. The hotel staff went above and beyond - one example they helped us find street parking (he came in the car with us) and showed us how to pay online for the parking. Great location. Has a lift. Lovely breakfast with good variety included. The hotel also provided us a voucher (1 free beer with each with a meal purchased) for a nearby restaurant - Food was good quality.

The location was walking distance to many attractions, the breakfast was delicious, the room was large with a comfortable bed and the staff were very helpful and friendly! There's also a small shop right outside the hotel where you can buy snacks and drinks. Special thanks to Melvin, Shy, Mohamed, and Mirna from the front desk and Lemwell and Jhun from the restaurant.

Perfect location, very nice staff. Room was really spacious and beautiful. Very good breakfast was included and hotel has a really cozy patio inside, strongly recommended!
