the location of the hotel is perfect! very near the center of the town. the breakfast room is a little small though and as a result many residents couldn’t sit to eat or they had to wait for someone to leave the room so they can be seated. other than that, the hotel is very warm and the receptionist was very friendly and willing to guide us for a Prague-tour. i

Mostly everything was really good! But toilet is some kind of angry joke. If you will sit on toilet then you can’t close the door, bcs your knees will hinder to do it.

the location i would say is the only thing. The added a electric heater because there was no heating.

We made a reservation for two days. The location is near the center 5-7 minutes on foot. The employees were kind and helpful. We asked for a charger and an iron and they helped us. At the day that we had the check out they kept our luggages for a few hours. The breakfast is nice.

The staff was welcoming and helpful, making our stay pleasant. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it comfortable even for longer stays. The TV had only YouTube, but the room included a refrigerator, mini bar service, hair dryer, kettle, towels, glasses, and cups. The bathroom was spotless, with hot water readily available, and the room remained warm throughout our stay. The internet connection was decent. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Free water, coffee, and tea were available at the reception, which operates 24/7. The hotel's location is fantastic—many attractions are within walking distance, public transportation is just a five-minute walk away, and the train station is about ten minutes on foot. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. While not everything was perfect, the thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing décor added to the overall experience. A personal message from the management in the room was a nice touch. Given the quality of service and amenities, the hotel is well worth its price.
