The hotel is located in Malá Strana, within walking distance to everywhere. Everyone from the reception to the cleaning staff is very friendly. The hotel welcomed me with a fragrant smell when I first entered. There are a lot of shower area’s which feels private. WC&Bathrooms were always clean.

The location is near to most places in prague , the reception staff are friendly and helpful, specially Tearisa “the radiologist“ ( I don’t think I spelled her name correctly) she was the best among the staff , lovely person and added a great value to my stay, I also liked the kitchen area ,where i met wonderful people , this hostel is great for socializing

The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. From the room, you can catch a glimpse of the Prague Castle, adding a touch of charm to the stay. Overall, the space is clean, tidy, and quite comfortable, making it a pleasant choice for travelers. Also, they have a big playroom on the third floor, but no one uses it, so I've been playing games on the computer up there for the past few night

The staff I interacted with were amazing, they were so happy to tell me about good restaurants or places to visit. And the volunteer team were great at setting up daily fun activities for the hostel guests. I highly recommend this place. Big thank you to Teresa and Nicole!

Location is located nearby tram stops with that you can reach florenc metro. Tram 12 fro florenc metro goes to this hostel. All shops restaurants markets are located near to this hostel. Perfect location. Very good transportation system in general in prague even at wee hours you can hail a car through bolt app(similar to Uber). Overall, this hostel is highly recommended.

The stuff were super nice and caring. Free towels, locker keys and teabags (mostly tea is ~70 korunas around in the area so that was a HUGE benefit). Also reception girls have answered all my questions about stores in the area and helped me print my documents. It was clean everywhere, there were always toilet paper, soap, even shower gel. Also the location of the hostel is perfect - at reasonable price you can stay in the literal heart of the city. One tram station away from metro station (if you have a lotta bags and no money for taxi) and 4 metro station away from the Florenc bus terminal (metro stations are literally 2 mins away from each other)
