We really appreciated the staff. They were always helpful, smiling and kind. Room was great, very quite and comfortable. We would also like to thank the staff for a little gift my girlfriend received for her birthday.

Everything! The hotel is great and so is the staff. We were lucky to be the guests of the week and got an upgrade to the executive room and access to the executive lounge that was amazing. Amazing breakfast and great facilities including a big gym. Can’t recommend more

Bed is comfortable , toilet and bathroom separate ( that is very good ) , all TV chenal were there. Food also so nice . Using new technologies, staff also helpful and friendly,

The interior of the building is great and the location on the city is quite central, very close to the old town. The staff were very friendly, we felt welcomed. We especially enjoyed the wellness facilities and massage, can highly recommend it. This trip was a birthday present to my partner and I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who assisted me in organising our stay and making it an enjoyable experience.

All was great definitely will come back! If you book a room with a river view you can see all the town perfectly. Spa is incredible, very clean and cozy.

Location was great, quality of breakfast was excellent, big room with bath and shower, extra large bed 👍. Staff very polite and nothing was a problem.
