The fine print
Reception Hours: 14:00 - 22:00.Check-In: 15:00 - 22:00 Arrivals outside check-in hours must be arranged with staff at least 48 hours in advance. A late check-in fee will apply after 22:00. Check-Out: by 11:00 AM. Self-check-out instructions will be provided during Check-In. Quiet Hours: 22:00 - 08:00.Payment: Prices are listed in Czech Koruna (CZK). Full payment, including taxes, is due at check-in. Card payments (except American Express) and cash payments in CZK are accepted.City Tax: Guests aged 18 must pay 50 CZK per person, per night, upon arrival.No-Shows: The full reservation amount, plus applicable taxes, will be charged for no-shows.Security Deposit: Upon arrival, a credit card is required for a security deposit of 200CZK per set of keys. The deposit will be refunded on the day of your check-out. Groups (8 guests) require a 400 CZK per person deposit. This deposit covers adherence to house rules, including quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00, the cost of two keys per room, and any potential damages during your stay.Registration Form: All guests aged 16 must complete the registration form. Special Room Requests: Requests (e.g., bed preferences) must be made at least 48 hours before arrival and are subject to availability.Valuables and Safety: The hostel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the reception safety deposit box. Lockers: Dormitory rooms have lockers where you can secure your luggage with your own padlock or you can buy/rent one from reception.Age Restrictions: Minors (under 18) are not allowed in dorm rooms.

The room is spacious. Nice location, only took few minutes walking to take the tram. We mentioned about carrying heavy suitcase, so the staff helped to change a lower room.

Check-in and checkout was very easy, staff was pleasant and communication was good. Room was very nice and clean, shared facilities like bathroom was also nice and clean, there was always hot water. heating was working. Overall good and pleasant experience, and great value for the money.

Staff seemed friendly, rooms good size, we had a private room and it worked ideal for us, good travel links into town via trams/underground, all accessible within 15 mins walk of hostel

I like the easy check-in and out. I was not expecting our room would that be huge, with toilet and bathroom plus a kitchen.
