Fantastic hotel, just a short - 10 minutes - walk to the heart of the old town. All the staff we engaged with were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection of hot and cold food. We particularly liked the daily smoothie (apart from the carrot). We had a meal in the bistro one evening and it was good quality food at a reasonable price. It was my birthday whilst we were there and a bottle of brut was left for us… a lovely touch. just one thing that would have made the stay perfect would have been a softer mattress; being English we didn’t complain!

The employees were so nice, the hotel is clean, excellent breakfast, the metro and bus station is literally in front of the hotel so its very easily accessible.

Its very nice hotel with very good location (metro station Florenc just across the street). Staff was nice, the hotel has nice little gym and the price for Prague was very good. Everything was clean and new.

Very nice looking, good security measures (need room card to go up lift and nighttime security), smells great everywhere. Requested an iron and it was delivered right away, lovely staff, nice bar, comfy pillows and beds, rooms nice too. Was very warm everyday even with windows open and ac on all day and night, also quite noisy as tram and musicians and metro right outside but also convenient.

Great location with metro and tram options right outside, and with cafés, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Lovely, comfortable and clean rooms, I liked the botanical vibe and green/sustainable ethos of the hotel... Also enjoyed the breakfast, great options.

There is nothing to unlike. The hotel is beautiful , I was happy to have a spacious room , clean and comfy. The stuff are inteligent and helpful .I was in paradise in the morning when I saw the breakfast .You have the choice to eat whatever you prefer - from the traditional eggs to hummus , tasty yogurt and smoothie . Lovely ! The quality of the food was excellent , fresh fruits and healty choices . Thank you for the perfect stay !

Beautiful hotel close to the historical centre. The design is wonderful, rooms are very clean and comfortable, beeakfast is amazing.

Exceptional service (both ukrainians and locals) made it feel like home. Very well trained, very welcoming they truly went out of their way. To compensate for the uncleaned room and a bit strange behaviour of their colleague (she was surprised I could speak slavic languaged and rushed to verify that was really me as I have a german name) upon arrival the staff next day did the impossible to rectify the hotel‘s image by offering me a free breakfast, late check out, free parking. That was unexpexted and very pleasant. They found my keyfob and found me at the conference - truly unforgettable approach. Bravo!
