Room was clean and quiet. It's close to the centre - about 10 minutes walk - and the tram lines run outside it. Room was a good size and the bathroom very clean. Good range of foods at breakfast. Lots of amenities nearby. If you book a double room you may not get a double bed. The beds are two singles pushed together, which is pretty common in Europe and not a fault with the hotel.

Central location walking distance to old town square. We had a triple room and it was very spacious and beds comfortable

The location is great being near lots of shops and restaurants. Checkin was easy and so was checkout. The room was a good size, clean and with a small fridge in the room. The bathroom was clean and had shampoo provided. The breakfast is very good with a wide range of options, couldn't ask for a better breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms. Nicely decorated. Lifts to all floors. Good range of breakfast options. Comfy beds. Our room was at the back so nice and quiet. Fabulous for public transport links metro, trams and buses all within a few minutes walk. Great location in the old town. Lots of shops, eateries and a nearby shopping mall with food court. Easy to walk to anywhere within the city.

Breakfast is excellent and the location is great, just next door to the Palladium shopping Centre and a few minutes away from the most important touristic objectives. Locked parking and very kind staff. Veronika welcomed us and helped with all possible advice. City map available at the reception. We would certainly come back.
