Hotel reserves the right not to accommodate a guest who arrives with a pet and cancel without any refund.WHEELCHAIR USERS: Hotel offers only 1 room suitable for wheelchair users, of Deluxe category. Other rooms have not enough wide doors to be suitable. Room for wheelchair user has to be requested in advance. In case hotel does not receive such request in advance and confirms the special room availability, hotel reserves the right to deny the accommodation in any other room despite valid reservation.PARKING: Hotel parking 2 parking lots only (accesible by car lift) and it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Advance reservation confirmed by the hotel is necessary. Car (garage) for 29 EUR per night. For security reasons LPG, CNG and electric cars are not allowed to park in the garage. Motorbike (garage) for 20 EUR per night. Bicycle (garage) for 10 EUR per night. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrive and when we leave. The sauna and whirlpool space was incredible and highly recommended.

In a very good location near the centre of the city, we went everywhere on foot although there was public transport nearby. Spotlessly clean and very beautiful room, sheets and towels were changed every day, The breakfast was amazing and rich for all tastes. The staff was very kind and always willing to serve us.

it was lovely the bed super comfy with many pillows they changed bedsheets and towels every single day the view was amazing perfect spot close to everything old and new town the breakfast had many options for every taste all delicious and they also made me a special cake because they saw it was my birthday a gesture that shows how welcoming they are and with great attention to detail also the room was warm and the price very reasonable a true vfm

The staff was very friendly and they went over and above to make us feel as home especially at the breakfast. The location was very close in a walking distance to the old town and to all landmarks.
