The hotel is amazing and staff were great. The only issue is the noise, as the tram train is just under the room window and they don't stop at night.

The breakfast choice and quality were excellent. Free fresh sparkling and still water in the room changed every day. Spotlessly clean, the best shower I have ever had after a lifetime of travelling. The staff were very friendly, especially Diana on Reception, their English was also excellent. Fantastic hotel and well located.

Great location, perfect breakfast easily compared with five-star hotels,quiet neighbourhood. What i didn't like is that when I made reservation I chosed "pay when you stay" nonrefundable option . My credit card was fully charged even after they authorized my credit card. I had contacted hotel and their reply was, since you made nonrefundable option we charged you total amount for your stay.

Room compact & adequate, bed very comfortable, no noice from outside & very powerful shower, rituals shampoo, conditioner & body wash & lotions all provide, water delivered to room and clean towels daily. Location terrific - easy walk into the hub of this amazing city. Public transportation close by. Absolutely delicious breakfast - great choice - hot & cold. Staff of very friendly & helpful
