I'm eighteen years traveling to Poznan and now wouldn't stay anywhere else. Staff are 5* and you wouldn't get better anywhere. Right in the heart of the city and a couple of hundred meters from the town square.

In eighteen years traveling to Poznan. We always had good experiences. Our regular hotel was closed with Covid but the staff at DeSilva Premium were only outstanding. I don't ever give 10 out of 10 but for this occasion it is only deservingly.

Room was clean and comfortable, location was really close to the centre of the city, staff were really friendly and spoke English and were happy to answer questions on how to speak better Polish, breakfast had a good selection of cold cuts, cheeses, fresh bread, waffles, fruit and a whole load more, the bathrooms were large, spacious and clean - with an overhead shower.

Spacious room with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a great view of the old city. Excellent airconditioning. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Good location within easy walking distance of all major sights.

I loved absolutely everything, Service, location and most important the Staff, whilst all of them were perfect , I was normally talking to one of the receptionist who gave a professional service that i see at 5 stars + hotels. unfortunately i cant remember her name. It is one of those times that I stay in a Hotel and regardless if any small issues might arise or small complaints , I wouldnt see it as the stay was amazing.
