The location is great, just outside the entrance to Sequoia National Park. We had a quiet cabin at the back of the property with a deck overlooking the river. The decor is a little dated but the bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly and welcoming. We ate dinner in the attached restaurant which was very good.

This hotel was incredibly charming, located right at the entrance of Sequoia Park. The food was excellent, and the service was very friendly. The establishment also features a beautiful terrace by the river, which made for a very pleasant experience.

On the way to Séquoia Park, at 0,5 miles From the Gate. Staff very kind, good food and beverage. We also found a Nice place just nearby the motel to take a bath in the river and the time in Gateway was perfect. I strongly recommend !

The staff were awesome. Chris made our day being a Newcastle fan! He’s a legend. Great food in the restaurant and breakfast was great. Lodges offer a great stop off for entrance to Seqouia NP. Beautiful location.
