The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, and even had a little balcony. I liked the breakfast very much, it was well worth the 22 Euros/day. The location is a little far from Potsdam city and Sanssouci, but well connected by bus and tram.

It’s always very clean and it’s huge so that it’s noticeable that it’s all clean. The pool area is always mega clean. The breakfast buffet pretty good too. Check in staff very helpful!

Nice pool, nice Sauna and good room. Installations are very confortable and user friendly. You have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

This hotel has an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, plus plenty of green space for walking or just relaxing. As a guest, you get access to great spa facilities, including an indoor pool, sauna, gym, and steam rooms. Everything was spotless and well-kept. Room service was fast and very helpful. The hotel is easy to get to, and there are plenty of delivery services available to the area. Plus, the town is just a short ride away via the tram, which stops right outside the hotel.

The staff will do anything for you if they can. The facilities for physical activities were extensive and pristine clean. The beds are very very comfy 10/10. I had a Junior Suite which was standard size 48ft**.

Room was spacious with a balcony. Clean, neat. We requested an extra bed for my son, without a problem. We loved the swimming pool a lot! Spent whole the morning swimming. Bathrobes were already prepared in the room.

Spa area great, clean and comfortable, and stuff for spa rentable for 20 euros. Huge breakfast. Functional room, overall clean, bathroom included.
