Very lovely staff and area . Was there for 3 nights . WiFi is a bit spotty &t AC vent didn’t work on my room . Vents were very dusty and had to wipe down with wipes due to my allergies . A few issues here and there but nothing major that ruined the stay completely

The location is so convenient. It's a old building, however it is in very good conditions. The good maintenance is clearly visible

The only problem was. The bath is very old it must be replace because it has rust in. Or remove the bath and put in a shower.

The reception staff are friendly, various shifts yet they maintain the warmth. The floor staff was not too bad as well. We also liked the gifts but felt the paper 📝 notice was a waste of effort and paper though a cute gesture.. rather send a digital letter to clients after checking in as this would save the same purpose…

The hotel is really quaint and the staff extremely friendly and obliging. Your staff are really good. Love the furniture and the old school character. Breakfast was lovely
