I had a lovely room just above the entrance with views over the town. The hotel has a terrace with amazing views out to sea and is in a very interesting and picturesque part of the town. I loved my stay in Positano. The room was comfortable with juliet balcony and an espresso machine. Very nice!

Pensione Maria Luisa was an amazing place to stay in Positano. The location and the views are unreal- both the city view rooms and ocean view rooms are mesmerising. On top of the comfortable rooms, the hosts- Carlo and his daughter were the most accomodating, helpful and friendly hosts I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with. They went above and beyond to help us out and gave great recommendations whenever we had a question about transport, activities etc. The beach below the hotel is stunning with amazing views, with the choice of a public area or beach clubs- and is less busy than the main beach. We found it easier to walk around to the main beach and then take the road up as opposed to the stairs, takes a bit longer but you see more of Positano and its gentler on the knees ;) Thank you so much for our stay

The breathtaking views, beautiful breakfast spot and the facilities in the room worked well (air-con). The rooms were also clean with white bedding. The staff were als very friendly, going out of their way to help us. We could leave our baggage at the b&b whilst exploring and were given good suggestions on places to visit.

Cosy room facing the mountain. Very friendly and helpful staff. nice cool air con. during the heat spells. have a veranda with nice view of the mountain and sea. Porter to drop off our luggage's is great help. Then we bus up to the drop off point and a short walk down to the hotel. lots of restaurants choices on the road side. 5 mins walk up the small path. positano internal bus is regular right outside the pathway.

Pensione Maria Luisa was fairly easy to find along a path and down some steps. We were met by the very friendly owner and shown oir room. This was spacious and airy with an en suite shower room. Everything was comfortable, we had air conditioning and a small refridgerator. We just about had a sea view as well. There is a great sun terrace on the roof with panoramic views over Positano. The walk into the town centre is about 20 minutes. There was no breakfast available but there were places to eat 5 to 10 minutes walk away.

- Location is superior, 5 mins down the stairs to the best beach in Positano - Fornillo beach - Super clean - Friendly staff - Rooftop with panoramic views of Positano, ideal for watching the stars - Beach towels are provided is needed - Paid parking 2 steps away - Price one of the best for this kind of value in Positano - We had amazing Positano views from the room - The room was spacious

Great value for money! My family and I loved this place. We stayed in rooms with sea views. The rooms are comfortable and clean and we loved the terrace. There are plenty of restaurants 5 minutes walking away from the hotel. Like anywhere in Positano, there are lots of stairs to go down to the beach. The stairs to the main beach and to Fornillo beach are different (Fornillo is slightly closer). There is also a common terrace with a beautiful view in case your room doesn’t have a terrace. The staff is helpful and super lovely. Thank you, Carmen!
