The hosts were absolutely wonderful during this stay. Alex met us early before check-in to allow us to drop off our luggage and even booked a reservation, a short walk away, for lunch. The view from the bedroom was amazing and even though there were many stairs to climb it was worth it (and the entire Positano has stairs, they can't be avoided). The bus stop iss close by and it was easy to get into the town, it was a bit crowded but we always had a spot. The location is a bit out of Positano but I loved being away from the crowds

My friends and I were travelling to Positano and the Amalfi coast, and Casa Romelide made us feel like home. The place has everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay, including food, kitchen equipments, washing machine, TV that comes with Netflix and Youtube functions, jacuzzi in the tub, aircon, etc. Melania greeted us very nicely and helped us so much in attraction and restaurant recommendations. As mentioned in the description, it is exhausting to climb 220 steps up every time we left the house, but we started to get used to it after a few days. The one thing to be careful about was when taking the bus down to positano centre or when coming back up. During our stay in early July, the bus was very very crowded and always had lots of people lining up to get on, so it was somehow a difficult ride to get on go back up to Casa Romelide. However, we are overall very satisfied with the place and we would definitely want to visit the beautiful Positano again.
