Superkindness of the staff, plus a superb breakfast meal based on local products, and in addition great suggestions on what to visit/where to eat in the nearby area.

I had a small single bedroom with a bathroom across the hall. It was perfect for my needs, both charming and comfortable. The hotel is really lovely, in a fantastic location, with an ice-cream bar attached. Poschiavo is also lovely.

Lovely little hotel. I didn’t stay for long and wish I had - both the Poschciavo valley and the town itself is worth an explore. The restaurant is nice too.

It’s a lovely old original property in a quaint old fashioned typically Swiss / Italian square. The room was just the right size with a lovely warm bathroom floor. Breakfast was continental and comprehensive.
