It's right next to Southsea common and promenade which is great for exercise. There's some excellent bars and restaurants a short walk away. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. It's excellent value for money.

Staff member, Carolina, contacted me before the stay to check what time we were arriving and to confirm we could check out an hour later. She was very polite and helpful. Location was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was good communication from the hotel via Booking.com beforehand. The man working at reception was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for requirements for our one night stay. Although no parking on-site, there was plenty of parking available in the area.

Good location , near the sea front and with nice views. Plenty of available parking on the street in front of the hotel. Staff were friendly. Hotel nice and quiet at night. Bed was comfy.
