EVERYTHING. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. First class host, great communication, very friendly but did not interfere. Excellent location, great central hub for exploring Portsmouth and surrounding area including London one way and the Isle of Wight the other way. Oh, and wonderful views from the balcony. Even though it is close to bars and restaurants we were not at all disturbed.

Flat was great, comfortable, clean, quiet, and just as described. Barry was a great host and responded quickly to any messages sent. Location is excellent. So much to do within walking distance. Great shopping, restaurants. Close to the historical docks. Close to hover port for the hovercraft to the Isle of Wight for a short day trip. Parking was in the safe underground car park. Flat has a lift for easy access.

The location is great, right outside the shopping outlet, next to restaurants and the Spinnaker tower. Barry was very friendly and accomodating, as he managed to check us in after a last minute cancellation we had from another host. There is parking space available for an extra cost which was great! The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

The host was so hopeful, meeting us and showing us to our allocated parking spot and bidding us goodbye. He offered us advice to get around, restaurants and local areas worth seeing. The apartment was perfect for our stay in the Quays shopping village and also a walk away from the town. All the apartment was clean and comfortable and spacious for a studio style apartment.

Location of these apartments is perfect. Right in the designer outlet and a short walk from the historic dockyard. Secure underground parking. Barry who manages the apartment is so helpful. Would definitely stay again
