Great location for visiting Portsmouth for a uni open day. Bonus having a little kitchenette so we could make our own breakfast. Had a great visit to Pie & Vinyl down the road.

The self check-in and check-out was really straightforward and efficient. The location of the property was perfect for our weekend plans and having a friendly local pub next door was a pleasant surprise.

Location - 30 minute walk to the Ship museums - Mary Rose, HMS Victory, HMS Warrior, etc. Clean room, comfy bed, rain showerhead in bathroom for a luxurious shower! After booking online, within minutes, they gave us the details (code) to get into our room because there is no front desk. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked a family suite and were surprised to find it was more of a self contained flat. We went in and off a small hallway there was 2 separate bedrooms and a small separate kitchenette with table and chairs which was great as we have young child and are use to having to all be in one room when staying in a hotel.

We have used this establishment previously,and found its location and facilities suitable for our needs basically somewhere to put our heads down and move on. The rooms are light and airy and very pleasant
