I had to call ahead from the UK a few times to sort out some parcels getting delivered before I arrived. Each time I called, the phone was answered quickly by somebody helpful, cheery, efficient and well spoken - I already had a good feeling before getting there. From check-in to check-out, the staff were fantastic. Fresh coffee always available, a good size pool and well equipped gym. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean and had a cosy sofa area by the window - a nice touch and so much better than having to sit on the bed. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a choice of hot and cold foods as well as pastries and cereal bars for a 'grab and go' breakfast. The reception area had a well stocked display fridge with the usual snacks & drinks, but also microwave meals - we didn't use them but that's handy if you get back late and haven't eaten. Theres a Five Guys across the parking lot and a small strip mall next door that has a well stocked supermarket and a surprisingly good bar/restaurant. I would happily stay there again.

Rooms were clean and quite. Breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel breakfast. Definitely would rate this place 10/10 for the price range. Will stay again if in the area.
