Parking permit given, outside of property. Optional breakfast provided, good value for money and is cooked fresh each morning. Easy walking loaction to town centre and the pier.

Great little hotel in a super location 20 minutes away from either theatres or gunwharf. Host very welcoming. Great breakfast for low extra cost. Free parking was an added bonus. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Great communication, very accommodating and flexible. Rahul was so helpful really made our stay so much easier. Rahul and his mother took wonderful care of us. The room was sparkling clean and breakfast delicious! Great location easy walking to local attractions and to the ferries. Thank you !

What a gem! We were welcomed with a lovely cup of tea on a rainy day. Mum and son hosts were so kind and helpful. Rahul even ran a little errand for me! Wonderful people. Cosy room. Delicious breakfast. Central location. We left feeling like part of the family.

Great guest house to visit Portsmouth. It is very nicely and centrally located, the room was quite spacious and clean, and Rahul, the host, was very friendly and always at our disposal for suggestions or to help us. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anybody visiting Portsmouth.
