AMAZING customer service! I arrived late and did not have towels in my room. I messaged the house manager, and they apologised and sent someone from maintenance over at 21:30 just to bring us some towels, which were really appreciated. The check-in was easy, and the room was good-sized. There was a smart tv, a hair dryer, an iron, and a portable heater on the room. The common areas were very clean and organised. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you for the amazing stay 😊

Loved the simplicity of the self check in. The big kitchen and dining area was immaculate and comfortable. The bedroom (room1) was huge and the bed was super comfortable and I loved the cuddle chair. I want to come back in the spring and summer just to see the garden again.

I booked this place after another reservation fell through on three days notice. Communication with the host was excellent. As it turns out, I thoroughly enjoyed the location. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach and pier in Southsea and about 30 minutes (walking) from Portsmouth ... A local bus was a 15 minute ride. Close to the DDay Museum and Southsea Castle. Several local pubs were quite close and quite worthy. Comfortable bed with shared access to different bathrooms. The room had a sink. It was easy to get from The Strand and to the International Ferry Port by taxi.
