The apartment was in a good location and in a very quiet area. There was plenty of room there for parking.

The location was perfect. The apartment is located on a lovely tree-lined residential area only a short walk to the high street of this area of Portsmouth and less than a mile's pleasant walk to Southsea Common and the promenade. We walked the promenade until late and we felt perfectly safe walking back at night. The little garden is an absolute delight; calm, tranquil and quiet. The only sounds I heard were the birds. The apartment is large, comfortable and well resourced. The kitchen is tiny but has everything anyone needs for a short stay. We would definitely stay here again.
