This is an historical gem of a property lovingly restored with real attention to detail. The hidden garden is a wonderful spot and the bar offers exceptional cocktails. Every part of the property has a story to tell.

All the staff and owner of the hotel were really friendly and very efficient. The hotel is probably one of the oldest in Portsmouth and has been carefully restored with many original features. Beautiful furnishings and a lovely court yard garden. They have a cosy well stocked bar as well.,

Loved the internal decor - just beautiful. The delightful courtyard and flowers at the front door complemented the interior. Host was very welcoming and happy to chat and tell us the history of the building. Bed was so comfy and breakfast fresh and inviting.
