1) absolutely amazing friendly and helpful staff 🥰 2) we came off the ferry and it was only about 15 minutes drive to the property, so good location 3) good location, close to amenities like pubs, shops and the sea front 4) very tasteful breakfast + plenty of choice 😋 5) loved the double jacuzzi bath and separate shower 6) free parking on their drive 7) airco and heating in the room 8) before arrival, send a message to the property and the responded friendly and quickly 9) very comfortable round bed; slept like a log 10) they even printed something out for me without any charges 11) good size room, with desk and plenty of storage space 12) loved the quirkyness and art-stuff in the room and around the whole hotel

This is a beautiful hotel with a quirk, and I adored it. Ten minutes walk from the sea front in one direction and ten minutes walk to Southsea shops in the other. There is a bus stop near by. Parking for four cars on the forecourt and the hotel has parking passes for guests who have to park on the road. (Don't lose or drive off with a pass. There is a charge for doing so.) The breakfast room is neat and tidy, and the breakfast I had was tasty. My room (I stayed in Good Times) was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I stayed one night but will be booking in later in the year for a couple of nights.

The young lady at reception was very helpful and after a small problem which was dealt with straight away can't fault the staff and the lady who made breakfast credit to the hotel.

Great stay, lovely staff and overall comfort. Only thing was my bed was right next to next doors shower, my neighbours had an early start, so a lot more soundproofing would have been good.

The room was nice and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast included in the price was tasty and was served very quickly.

The room was lovely and had basic items. I requested for an ironing board which was provided. Room was spacious and I loved that.
