The size of the room and how clean and bed comfortable. It was a pleasant house and had good facilties such as a TV, kettle, hairdryer.

Jan was available for my questions. Pleasantly surprised with use of kitchen & washing machine. Room was spacious & clean. Bathroom clean & enjoyed using hot tub.

The bed was very comfy and the shower and bath was exceptional. There was plenty of car parking too.Great value for money, will stay there again next time I need to go to Portsmouth .

The bedroom itself was lovely, comfortable bed, clean and with free tea and coffee which was great in the morning. TV with loads of channels, good in case the weather is bad.
