I have previously completed a review. We were disappointed that we were locked out of the hotel at 11.50! Nobody in the hotell explained to us that the door would be locked. We waited a while for a staff member to eventually let us in but it was inconvenient to have to wait to be let in, especially as it was a very wet night.

This is an old fashioned Hotel, which we didn't mind as it was a bit of nostalgia for us. The bedroom was large, quiet and warm with a huge bed. The bathroom was off the entrance/wardrobe area. We had a lovely view over the harbour. The whole place was clean but there was no lift.

This a lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Syke. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and had a great view of the harbour. We stayed for 3 nights. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant 2 nights and the meals were delicious on both occasions. The cooked breakfasts were great too.
