Lovely hotel with old fashioned charm. Was clearly a great place in its day. Still very nice and comfortable, with views out over the water and to the island. Breakfast was a great spread, with lots of delicious options. Staff were all friendly and polite Location was good, just a little out of the centre.

The location is excellent, right next to the sea. The view from the room was absolutely fabulous as it was a full moon and the reflection on the sea was pure magic! The room was clean, the amenities were useful and had enough space for the family. The breakfast was nice with lots of many options, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

What a fantastic hotel. We have stayed here once before and did not hesitate to book the same hotel again. Leonardo, Martina and the team at Hotel Belvedere are the best. Extremely helpful and friendly. Location is great. Just a short stroll into town. We had a balcony overlooking the water, with breathtaking views. Breakfast is wonderful, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt etc and so many fresh cakes to choose from. I cannot wait until the next time we visit Portovenere and stay at Hotel Belvedere. It truly is a piece of Paradise. Hopefully see you soon Leonardo!!
