The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean, and the view, at least for my room, was of a very nice park in front of the hotel. The park is very nicely landscaped, the beach is almost at the door (and I didn't swim in November). Parking at the hotel in the covered garage costs 15 EUR per day, maybe on the street in front of the hotel is cheaper? Breakfast very varied and tasty. The staff who take care of the breakfast are also very attentive. All in all, a very nice 4* hotel that knows how to take care of its guests.

Location was great, right across the street from the beach/water. Close walk (10 - 30 mins) to really good restaurants. Staff was really friendly. Hotel is a little old/in an older style but very charming.

This is always our go to hotel.We only stay here when visiting Portoroź and Piran.We have stayed here many times and standards are always good.The place just has a cosy comfortable feel about it and is very clean and the staff are wonderful and friendly,it always feels like we are coming home when we stay.Breakfast is delicious with loads of choice and is something to look forward to everytime we stay.The restaurant is nice with a good variety of dishes offered.We have a favourite room and the staff always try to accommodate us there if it is free.The grounds in front of the hotel are also immaculate and well kept and secure car parking is a bonus.All in all a fabulous hotel.

Electric car charger available in hotel's garage for 10€. Despite the 4 hours max. sign they allowed me to charge overnight! Room was simple, slighty aged but comfy and in excellent shape! Power sockets by the bed. Breakfast was very good, huge choice of foods. Friendly staff. Nice park in front of the building where you can eat outside. Restaurants and shore in walking distance.
