The hotel is in a great location to be a center of everything, very nice breakfast with quality foods, I love fresh orange juice. The room is big and comfort. Staff is extremely nice. It is really a good place to stay.

We went to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary and could not have asked for more. The staff were wonderful, the room was excellent and breakfast overlooking the port was fantastic.

Good selection at breakfast. Reception staff gave us beach towels in handy tote bags when we were going for a swim. We had dinner there that night and it was lovely and in such a stunning setting. Staff were lovely, so helpful. The 3 different gentlemen we met at reception were just exceptional! We were made to feel so welcome and valued as guests even though we were only staying for one night. Wish we could have stayed longer…

This is right in the heart of Portofino, a place we love, so not having a sea view (costing a lot extra) at this price point is inevitable. That said, room without view had everything we needed, and Andrea at reception was friendly and super-helpful (tip, you can park right in front of the hotel until 10 AM to pick up luggage). Breakfast was modest but OK. It's a magical place and lots of people will pay two or mor times as much to be there!

Absolutely excellent location, just in front of the main square and the litlle port. The hotel is vintage in perfect stunning condition. Our room had a terrace on a side of the hotel over the main (litlle) street. We enjoyed there some bottles of Prosecco after dining out. Breakfast included was a plus. The personnel has been very polite and willing. Fantastic stay.

Location,location,location. Breakfast on the harbour front was an ideal location in Italy’s no1 place to stay.

I just loved this family run hotel. It has an intimate feel and everything is spotlessly clean. Location superb and breakfast looking out over the square was a highlight

Very friendly staff who were keen to please, breakfast was lovely with a good choice. The location could not have been better, it is in the main square of Portofino. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and well equipped.
